In the first instance, the interested tenant asks about the availability, for a prefered period either by telephone

The owner sends a reply by e-mail concerning the availability, prices and payment instructions.

If the conditions for the reservation are acceptable, the tenant sends an e-mail of confirmation.

The owner sends a contract by mail for the tenant to sign and send back by e-mail or post. The tenant needs to pay a booking fee of 25% of the total. The rest of the amount needs to be settled at the latest one month before the start of the stay.

If the reservation takes place less than a month before the arrival date, the whole sum is to be paid in order to be sure of the reservation.

As soon as the booking fee is paid, the owner confirms by e-mail the registration of the reservation, recalling the essential characteristics, price, means of payment, dates, times of arrival and departure.

In confirming the reservation, the tenant is irrevocably bound to the contract and declares having noted the Terms and Conditions which are found on the menu at the bottom of each page of the site.
